Hey, I'm Miguel!
You can find me in the Fitness Centre working at the Members Services desk or teaching a class.
I grew up in El Salvador, Central America and moved to Canada over 10 years ago.
My passion for fitness and sport began at a young age as I participated in track and field and soccer.
I studied Kinesiology at the University of Winnipeg, where I also competed in CIS soccer.

I enjoy helping people from different backgrounds to reach their health and fitness goals in a safe, enjoyable manner. During my free time, I appreciate spending time with family and friends and eating a great meal at home or at a restaurant.
