"I don't care" ( what the law is ) says Sgt. Chris Witt as he refuses to identify himself as an officer and commits battery on a peaceful, lawful Don Spencer, President of OK2A, as Don attempts to enter 'Oktoberfest' in Tulsa, last weekend.
It would appear Tulsa abides by a different set of state laws than the rest of the State, since law abiding, gun carrying, Oklahoma citizens were allowed to enter the Scissortail Park Grand Opening / Concert in Downtown OKC without incident, denial or violation of their civil rights.
With the bruised image of the Tulsa Police Dept, why does this continue to happen to law abiding citizens on public property?
OKC law enforcement now knows THE law, while it appears Tulsa just enforces 'THEIR' own law.

Although, it was Don Spencer involved in this encounter, which violated Oklahoma state law and his civil rights, it also violates YOUR civil rights! This could have easily happened to YOU!
