This week's dishes:
Pesto Lasagna; Root Vegetable Gratin; Celery Root Slaw; Calypso Beans Stew; Passion Fruit and Mango Pie
Pesto Lasagna: Organic rice pasta, onions, garlic, cashews, basil, asparagus, red peppers, fennel, mushrooms, tofu, brown rice flour, and vegetable broth.
Root Vegetable Gratin: Yukon gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, red onions, yellow onions, garlic, thyme, allspice, brown rice flour, cashews, and vegetable broth.
Celery Root Slaw: Celery root, pomegranates, mint, pistachios, persimmons, and orange juice.
Calypso Beans Stew: Calypso beans, vegetable broth, celery, onions, garlic, shallots, mushrooms, purslane, and orange zest.
Passion Fruit and Mango Pie: Crust: Dates, pecans, vanilla, and soy milk. Pie: Mango, coconut milk, cashews, passion fruit, agar flakes, apple juice, nectarines, and dates.
