☕️ One, Two, Three
For Five Coffee wants you to know it’s opening a new location in the Golden Triangle. We announced the cafe’s launch in the DMV this past summer, and are excited to finally see the coffee is one step closer to being poured. Trust us on this one — the New York-based micro-roaster’s L St. shop is about to be your new favorite place to go to for speciality brews that make your nine-to-five just a little easier.

🧡 The Orange Zone
We dare you to find one neighborhood that doesn’t already have an Orangetheory Fitness studio! Wait, did you say The Wharf? Well, that’s about to change. The interval-based bootcamp gym that focuses on personal performance is opening in mid-November right across from Toastique. We feel the perfect Saturday morning sweat sesh coming on!

🍴 Dig In!
One of NYC’s most popular fast-casual, mindfully-sourced eateries is coming to Georgetown, and our forks are ready! Dig (you might know it by its former name, Dig Inn) is going on an expansion craze, and the Wisconsin Ave. NW shop will be its first (of we hope to be many) spots in the DMV. Expect long lines that are worth the wait for a mix-and-match menu full of veggie-centric options, like Brussels Sprouts with Honey-Chili Oil and Autumn Potato Salad.

💨 Run This City
You don’t have to pound the pavement or chug along on the treadmill alone any longer. Formula Running Center is the DMV’s first-ever runner- and elite athlete-focused facility, and it’s opening in Clarendon on November 4! Join this gym for a totally new take on running — there will be group classes, recovery training, body assessments, and more. Check ’em out on opening day and get ready to start a new personal fitness journey.

😋 Season’s Eatings
Beets, cauliflower, squash — Little Sesame knew we wouldn’t be able to resist its new fall menu. The plant-centric restaurant serves Mediterrean-inspired plates full of roasted and spiced proteins and veggies that we simply can’t stop craving. You can bet we’ll be stopping by soon to try the Fall Greens hummus bowl with harissa sambal, smoked paprika, and toasted almonds, and the Cauliflower Mezze dish with tahini and everything spice.

🌮 In Other News
We love when the places we dream of going to in the Big Apple start to make their way to the District. The Meatball Shop was one of them, and since it’s closure, we’ve been waiting for another. Well, join us in welcoming Mexicue to Logan Circle. Their Mexican-inspired tacos and lettuce boats full of hot chicken, crispy fish, and, yes, plant-based proteins, pair perfectly with the arm-length list of margs and tequila. Rally the crew so you can try one of everything!
