PRAISE report for Julie's successful surgery. Julie recently shared: 'My hip surgery on October 10 was successful, and I am on the long road to recovery now. I am home, and getting stronger every day. I thank God for His amazing provision and for all of you who have, and continue, to support me in this journey. Please continue to pray for a complication-free recovery as I build my strength, flexibility, and endurance over these next months.'
PRAY for Dave, as he has developed a rather serious leg infection, and is now on strong antibiotics. Pray that the antibiotics help clear the infection and that Dave will be healed and pain-free.
PRAISE God for a great time of fellowship, worship and prayer with our global workers who attended the Western Ontario District (WOD) conference this past week in Niagara Falls. The corporate times of honouring, prayer and intercession for global workers was meaningful and encouraging. Special thanks to the district executive and their missions committee for all that they did to help make the global workers feel welcomed, cared for, appreciated and valued.

Global worker retreats are of great value as they provide a sense of connectedness and family, an opportunity for Global Workers to share experiences, an opportunity for hands on encouragement and prayer support. It's also a time when the children and youth of our global workers connect and get to know each other.
