Downtown Merchants:
As Christmas on the Creek approaches, we need to confirm which businesses will be serving hot chocolate during our Downtown Springdale Hot Cocoa Crawl. **PLEASE RESPOND, even if you have given confirmation to me or Jill that you will participate, and even if you are selling mugs.**
Please also respond to this message if you don't want to participate, so we know we've touched base with everyone. We want to put together the map for the crawl this week.

- As a stop on the crawl, you commit to serving hot cocoa in your business on 3 dates: during the hours of Christmas on the Creek, 1-7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, and starting two hours before Caroling on the Creek, 4-8 p.m. on Fridays, Dec. 6 & 13.
- People pay $4 for a Christmas on the Creek mug to sample hot cocoa at all locations on the map. We will provide copies of the map to you before the start of the event.

If you're selling mugs and need more, please respond and let us know. Customers have the option of reserving their mugs online and picking them up at Christmas on the Creek, but our aim is to encourage as many as possible to buy theirs in person at businesses downtown.
