The Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB) has issued a new fact sheet on livestock pen floor repair and maintenance for confined feeding operations. The fact sheet clarifies the type of work the NRCB considers general repair and maintenance that therefore does not require a permit under the Agricultural Operation Practices Act (AOPA). For more information, contact an NRCB approval officer or inspector at the NRCB field office nearest you.
