STARTERS
Crab, parsley & mustard fishcake with lemon mayo & salad leaf
Pigeon, bacon & pistachio terrine with chutney & toast
Lamb koftas with minted yoghurt dressing
Potted smoked trout with cucumber & dill relish
Spicy tomato soup with aubergine dumpling
Roasted beetroot, quinoa & blue cheese salad


MAINS
Roasted free-range turkey with all the traditional trimmings
Root vegetable, sage & pearl barley risotto with orange glazed carrot spaghetti
Oven baked sea trout with herb brioche crust on creamy leeks & new potatoes
Braised venison, Adnams bitter ragout with buttered tagliatelle
Pan fried sea bream with stir fry vegetables & Vietnamese dressing
Char grilled sirloin steak with confit tomato, chunky chips & bernaisse sauce
