Maidenhead Heritage Centre, Wednesday 13th November 1pm

We are delighted to invite you to a lunchtime Private View of Maidenhead Heritage Centre’s latest exhibition: WOMEN IN GREEN - Maidenhead's WVS on Wednesday 13th November at 1pm. The exhibition shines a light on the charitable work of the women at the local WVS, WRVS and RVS. From distributing food and clothing to air raid victims during the Second World War to providing assistance during the great fire at Windsor Castle in 1992, the exhibition explores the varied roles played by the WVS over the years. Prosecco, hot drinks and light refreshments will be provided.
