- UVA's Nursing School invites PVCC Nursing students to their job fair on Wednesday, 11/5, 5:30-7pm in McLeod Hall (free parking in McLeod Hall Garage under the building). Students are requested to register in advance of the event.
- PVCC's Workforce Services Healthcare Programs is hosting an information session - Wednesday, 11/6 at 10am. Register in advance to learn more about Fast Forward funding and the many short-term programs they offer (upcoming classes include Medication Aide, CNA, Phlebotomy Tech & CPR).
- Reliant Hiring is hosting a Charlottesville Job Fair on Wednesday, 11/6, 1-4pm, Aldersgate United Methodist Church. There will be at least 13 local employers from healthcare, hospitality, security, and skilled trades.

- The City of Charlottesville is hiring Youth Counselor Assistants. Hours during the school year are part-time but goes to full-time in the summer. Pay starts at $16-$17/hr.

- Our Neighborhood Child Development Center is looking for a Mindful Early Youth Educators to help foster curiosity in young children. This can be either a part-time or full-time position paying between $11 and $17/hr.
