Please take a few moments to complete a survey to share what you feel are the most important health and safety concerns for the Village of Golf Manor. The results of this survey will be used to complete the Community Health Assessment Report for our community. HCPH will present the responses from the survey, as well as important health and safety data at a community discussion being held on Thursday, November 21st at 6:30 PM at the Golf Manor Administration Building.
