Hi <<First Name>>,

Not all entrepreneurs are new. There are many mom and pop businesses that started out as entrepreneurs. They were excited to start a business. They had great ideas. They couldn't wait to go into the store.

Then life got in the way. Ordering, hiring, payroll, cleaning, sales, no sales, worry ... all the good things and roadblocks that entrepreneurs see. People in your neighborhood stop looking at you and your store as still being an entrepreneur.

But you are an entrepreneur.

And entrepreneurs need the conversations and ideas from other entrepreneurs around them. Sure, training's are ok and sometimes even helpful. More often that not, they are generic and long (six weeks!) and during the day. Not helpful.

A group of us store owners, flower shop, winery and marketer in Hampton, Iowa, joined together to have a discussion. We met after work hours at the winery and started the evening off with a glass of wine. The idea of meeting was to go over some ideas and brainstorm how we could increase sales and repeat customers.

We talked about ideas, partnerships, promotion, town pride and more about once a month. We met over the course of about a year and a half. We really got to know each other too. The bonds created made it easier to work together on partnership projects. We joined together in some promotional pieces. We agreed, and we also disagreed. We learned from each other.

We know for a fact that when people talk community happens.

Thanks,
