A lawsuit to block a temporary ban on flavored e-cigarettes and vaping products in Montana is now in the hands of a judge in Hamilton. Ravalli County District Judge Jennifer Lint Friday said the lawsuit challenging implementation of the Bullock administration’s emergency rules to block the sale of flavored vaping products is officially now at the top of her to-do list.

National Groups Join Push To Legalize Marijuana In Montana

A Montana group pushing to legalize recreational marijuana by a citizen vote next year now has support and financial backing from two national groups. The campaign to set up a tax structure and regulations for recreational use plans to spend millions in Big Sky Country. The national political action committee that’s successfully pushed for the legalization of marijuana in California, Maine, and Massachusetts is coming to Montana.
