About Robert McClements
Robert McClements MBA FRSA is an international practitioner and tutor of negotiating. He spent 10 years with Allied Domecq plc, ultimately as Managing Director of two subsidiary companies. He was responsible for commercial contract and industrial relations negotiations. His current work as President of the Creative Digital Industries Cluster (CDI) includes conventional and new media sectors. He is founder and curator of the Visual Media Conference that provides their annual showcase.
Robert has a portfolio of clients including SMEs who he advises as a non-executive director in strategic development, succession planning and leadership. He is a wind-surfer and in his spare time once took part in the classic car rally from Peking to Paris – but that’s another story.
Robert is a Freeman of the City of London and Liveryman of the Stationers’ Company.
