In October, the City of Napa hosted a Health in All Policies (HiAP) panel to discuss the role of public policy in shaping community health outcomes. HiAP is a collaborative approach that integrates and articulates health considerations into policy making across sectors.
Regional partners from the Bay Area Quality Management District, City of Richmond, California Environmental Justice Alliance (CEJA), and Veritable Good Consulting presented a wealth of information and examples of collaboration. Napa County, and the rest of the world, are facing many challenges related to climate, traffic, health, affordability and social inequity. Regeneration Napa County is a new online platform to help our community take specific actions to protect our environment, improve our quality of life, and connect with other in our community.

The Napa Valley Resilience Group and Lincoln Theater invite you to a free workshop for community wide healing and resiliency-building.
Recent events in our county, including the devastation of natural disasters and emergencies, the loss of treasured community members to gun violence, suicide and tragic accidents, and fears of immigrant family separations can result in trauma and chronic stress. Unresolved, these events can profoundly affect not only our personal sense of well being, but the health and security of our whole community.This workshop can help you move through and beyond the trauma you may have experienced and make you better able to deal with the challenges that life brings to us all.

Free Produce Markets Free Produce Markets (bilingual flier) offer a variety of seasonal produce on a first come, first served basis at various locations. The markets are a collaboration between Napa Valley Food Bank and several community organizations. Bring a reusable bag!
