Dear Residents,

Community news and updates are presented below:

Neighborhood Watch:

As a result of our recent survey, 40 positive responses were received regarding interest in a Neighborhood Watch program in our community. A follow up meeting will be held in conjunction with the next Community Safety & Visitor Access Committee meeting on November 20 at 5:30 PM in the Community Office at the swimming pool complex. The purpose of the meeting will be to determine if interest is sufficient to move forward with development of the program. The CSVAC will continue to facilitate the logistics, however, volunteers will be responsible for organization, training, scheduling, etc.

Lawn Debris:

Reminder—leaves should be cleaned up regularly from your lawns, bagged and placed at the curb on Thursday for removal by American Disposal.  Do not blow leaves onto adjacent owner property or onto common areas.  Do not dump leaves, grass clippings or other debris into wooded/natural areas.

Tennis/Basketball Courts:

Lighting repairs have begun on the sport courts and should be complete (weather permitting) this week.

Stonewall Gate:

Sewer line repairs are planned at the Stonewall Gate.  Afterward, necessary road repairs will be made and a new barrier arm system will be installed.  We will provide information on lane closures as soon as dates have been confirmed with contractors.

Community Calendar for November:

Modifications Committee—5 p.m. on November 11
Covenants Committee—6 p.m. on November 18
Community Safety & Visitor Access Committee—5:30 p.m. on November 20
Office Closed—November 28 & 29

Sincerely,
LMROA
