WEEK 9
This Saturday 16th November. Please arrive by 8.00am for an 8.15am start.

Optional: U13-17 3000M @7.30am
Optional: U11-U12 Javelin @11.00am

OVAL SET-UP
The set-up roster is HERE. Families of athletes with surnames N-R are on set-up this week. Please meet Kathryn before 7.30am to get your name marked off the list and get a FREE sausage sandwich. There is also a $30 Athlete's Foot voucher as a lucky door prize. Please expect a seperate email and SMS reminder on your rostered week.

PACKING UP
Please be aware we expect everyone to stay at the end to help pack-up. Your Age Manager will tell you what you're allocated to put away. Please don't leave it up to them to do it by themselves.

CANTEEN DUTY
The canteen roster is HERE. This week it’s 11 BOYS. Please contact your Age Manager to volunteer.

SPORTS PHYSIO
Picked up an injury? Dennis, our friendly physio from Physio Fitness Castle Hill, is offering free consultations at Kingsdene Oval on Saturday mornings. If you have any niggles that need assessing or treating, pop in and say hi. Alternatively, you can book an appointment with Dennis during the week, HERE.
