Victorian Primary Care Partnerships have released state-wide publication Contributing to better health and wellbeing outcomes for our communities – showcasing case study examples from around Victoria.
 

Baw Baw Emergency Food Relief Directory
The Baw Baw Emergency Relief Directory helps those in need identify emergency relief services and support when they need it most. Developed by CWGPCP, Baw Baw Shire Council and the Baw Baw Emergency Food Relief Network this directory can help you find fresh food, produce, groceries and personal items, transport vouchers, housing and other support.

  • A second Physical Activity systems workshop is being held at Latrobe Community Health Service, Morwell on Wednesday evening, 13 November. Anyone with an interest in physical activity is welcome.
  • RCH (Royal Children's Hospital) Allied Health Paediatric Study Day is being held at Latrobe Regional Hospital Auditorium on Friday 15 November.
  • From 9- 17 December the BreastScreen van is returning to Moe with free breast screens for local women over the age of 50 - the best way to find cancer early and save lives. Click here for more information and the promotional poster can also be shared across the region.
