As Parakaleo has grown over the years, our co-founders realized the need for new leadership to support the ministry’s growth. A few months back, the Parakaleo Board voted to bring me in as an interim director to help begin that transition. Now we are focused on finding a permanent Executive Director to lead the global reach of our mission to women in church planting around the world.
We have been in prayer that God will bring us the right person to help us take Parakaleo to new heights. We’d love your help in spreading the word that we are looking for qualified candidates to bring to our Board to interview for this extremely important position.
We are looking for an ordinary individual with a unique sense of calling to:
Expand the mission of the church around the globe
Equip and empower women involved in church planting
Embody the Gospel in our every effort to train and support women
We have seen God transform hearts, minds, and even churches through the ministry of Parakaleo. We have stood in awe of what He has done and how he continues to use this ministry across the world. But there are important days ahead. We need a leader who is willing to enter this journey with us and lead us through the vital tasks of expanding our presence domestically and globally, expanding our infrastructure internally, and increasing our funding efforts to support our key initiatives for the coming years.
