Our team has been in Chicago this week with ECE colleagues from California to learn about Illinois' high-quality systems for infants and toddlers. We've met with innovative organizations, learning through a number of panels and visits to some of Illinois' exemplar birth to three programs. As we wrap up the tour, we can confidently report that it's been an inspiring few days learning from our Illinois partners!
