According to scientific research, up to 50% of our happiness is determined by our own personal outlook and habits in life. A positive mindset stops any negative self-talk and makes positive thinking a habit. We get to learn how to make the best out of any situation.
 

Habits are daily routines...
that have huge returns in the overall quality of our life.  Here are our top 6:
  1. Say 'Thank You' to something every morning
  2. Close your eyes and visualize how you want your day to go
  3. Use the power of words to manifest into reality (such as 'I am abundant')
  4. Sweat every day (or dance ;)
  5. Revisit your day and remember the good stuff to create a positive mindset
  6. Use a good journal to create positive habits
 
What is the big deal with journaling anyway?

Journaling has been proven to remove mental blocks and allow us to use all of our brainpower to better understand ourselves, others and the world around us.

 Over the past 22 years, I’ve managed to transform my life choices from "meeting expectations and checking off checklists" to "honoring my soul & serving my community".
And it all started when I decided to live my days more consciously.  Since then, I’ve read more self-improvement books and used more journals than I can count.


I feel each of our experiences are beautifully unique and it is our responsibility to share it with the world, whether it be through a hug or some advise or our career. This belief helped me decide to compile all the stuff I’ve learned from all of my favorite books and journals & share them with you though the Dance Goals Journal.

My purpose is simple...
to help fellow dancers experience their art more consciously and holistically.
