Remember Donna from Suits? A lot of people are saying that our friends at Donna have brought her to life. Donna’s legal AI (Assistive Intelligence) tool helps lawyers ~~draft contracts~~ do deals more efficiently. We’re excited to back them alongside Jack Newton, the founder of Clio (our first ever legal tech deal) in a €2.2M deal.
Next up is Shapr3D, who we backed alongside Creandum in a €5.5M deal. If you’d like to design anything in 3D, Shapr3D is the real deal. These guys have somehow managed to make B2B SaaS sexy and they have 240,000 Instagram followers to prove it! 🎉
Finally, we’re excited to announce our investment in NexHealth! Have you ever noticed that most doctors still operate like they’re stuck in the 1990s? Well, here’s the deal: NexHealth’s patient experience management platform brings them into the 21st century.

It’s only been a year since we first backed Tier. Since then, they’ve grown at ~~unpresidented~~ unprecedented speed, have become the #1 fastest growing shared mobility startup and recently announced a $60M deal led by Mubadala Investments. 🚀
Following in Greta Thunberg’s footsteps, Tier has also been pushing for a more sustainable future and has become the first micromobility provider to make the switch to scooters with swappable batteries. On top of that, they’ve started ~~dealing with~~ selling their scooters for private use, you can order one here. 🛴
Algolia raised a whopping $110M in a Series C deal from Accel and Salesforce Ventures to take search to the next level! 🏆
Ever wonder what’s the deal between you and your customers? Over 80 of Europe’s leading companies do and they are all using Critizr’s customer feedback platform. It’s no wonder Critizr just raised €15M in a deal led by 83North to turbocharge their growth. 😀
Union Square Ventures and Woolworths doubled down on Marley Spoon, investing a further €8M into the now publicly listed meal kit delivery company. 🍔
And finally, Chartmogul turns 5! During that time they’ve dealt with over 200M subscriptions and over a billion customer transactions. 🎂
