Successful Beacon Hill Fall Clean Up Event
in Jasmine Park

In Early October, the BHCA organized a fall clean up event in Jasmine park. It was a big success!

We would like to thank all who participated as well as...
  • Mona Fortier for coming out
  • Action Martial Arts for bringing 20 participants to the event
  • Councillor Tim Tierney for not only coming out and providing hot dogs for the crew but also surprising the BHCA with our very own tent for future events
  • And a shout out to our BHCA board member David Handelman for organizing this great event
Stay tuned for the next clean up event in the spring!

PS Thanks to Tim Tierney for helping us with our new BHCA Canopy!!

The Great Debate!

The BHCA partnered with our sister Community Associations, the Pineview Community Association and the Rothwell Heights Community Interest Group to host the 2019 Federal All Candidates Debate.

Thank you to all the candidates that came to our local event and a big thank you to all the residents who came out and made this event a big success!

The Facebook page was created by the Beacon Hill Community Association to contribute to the sense of community in our hood and provide another tool to connect with fellow neighbours. It's a place where we can share news about our community such as upcoming events, awesomeness currently going on or information that would be helpful to residents in the neighbourhood.

Good News!

Kiwanis of Orleans is now....
Kiwanis of East Ottawa! (However they always served our area)

It's Time for Winter Tires

Please, please, please. Put winter tires on your car. All seasons are not good enough, all-wheel drive is not good enough.
