What's this? Another email from the Thompsons! Don't worry this will not be a regular occurrence. We just wanted to let everyone know we made it home to Chile safely on Tuesday night. Thank you for your prayers as we traveled. Please continue to pray for our adjustment back to life and ministry here in Lican.
Continue to pray for peace and stability in the country. Things are visibly calm, but the signs of unrest and riots were evident in Santiago as we traveled through. In our remote part of the country not much seems different, but there is an underlying sense that this seemingly stable country will not be immune to the general unrest in South America. Pray for the Chilean churches and believers as they proclaim the hope, peace, and love we have in Christ.
On Tuesday we kick off the pastor and missionary training conference here on camp. Please pray that we would be a blessing and encouragement to those coming as we host them.
