We need a accurate head count for the Veterans Day Parade, held in Pittsburgh, on Saturday, November 9th.
Here is the parade agenda.
1. Meet at the German Club (North Side) between 09:00 & 09:30- leaving 09:30 sharp - We will have the troupe transport to take us across the 16th St Bridge to the Staging Area on Liberty Avenue..( If late, park at the German Club and walk across the bridge and we will be on the right going down Liberty Ave.
2. Staging Area is between 10th & 15th Street on Liberty Ave - (Staging begins at 09:00)
3. We are in the first division which will be to the right coming off the 16th street bridge. We are the last group in division one, so we will be to the right off 16th street on Liberty Ave.
4. Parade kicks off at 10:30 hours.
5. Parade travels down Liberty to the Apex of Liberty and Penn Ave.
6. We will then proceed back over to the German Club for Lunch. We have to guarantee them the # of participants for lunch, which is 30.
7. If you have anyone who wants to participate with us, its ok with us, we just need a head count. My VFW, who is one of our supporters/boosters did not put in their application in time, so I extended an invitation to them, and hopefully be our color guard.
