Medicare Finalizes the Cost Data Collection Program Requirements

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released the final rule for the calendar year 2020 Physician Fee Schedule last week, and it included the requirements for Medicare's new cost data collection program for ambulances. Over 180 Texas EMS agencies were identified as the year one participants for the program.
