Trip Reminders
Packing: All luggage, instruments and uniforms will be loaded onto the equipment truck on Wednesday at 4:00PM. Travelers may bring a carry-on bag on the flight, but the carry-on bag will also be carried for the remainder of Thursday in the park, so pack accordingly.
Remember to pack appropriate uniform undergarments, including black socks, for the parade performance!
PARENTS – PLEASE INSPECT YOUR CHILD’S PACKED BAG BEFORE DROPPING IT OFF AT SCHOOL. Make sure only appropriate items are packed.
Liquids: Liquids packed in the carry-on luggage must confirm to TSA regulations. Travelers can carry an empty refillable water bottle through security and purchase water before boarding. See Trip Information Packet for additional information.
Medication: Please fill out a Medication Policy Form in the trip packet and submit to Mr. Morehouse for any prescription and other serious medications (epi-pens, inhalers) your child will be bringing on the trip. These medications should be brought in the carry-on bag, in the original marked container. Please bring only the amount of medication needed for the trip.
Flight/Security Info: Students over 18 years of age must have a government issued photo ID (Driver's License or see packet for options).
Money: Students should bring money for Thursday morning breakfast and Sunday evening dinner at the airport, as well as snacks and souvenirs. Parents are encouraged to discuss a budget plan for meals and souvenirs with their student prior to departure.
