The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) is a federal agency that leads service, volunteering, and grant-making efforts in the United States. They help millions of Americans improve their lives and the lives of their fellow citizens through service. They work hand-in-hand with local partners to tap the ingenuity and can-do spirit of the American people to tackle our country's most pressing challenges. Some of their programs include AmeriCorps, Senior Corps, and the Volunteer Generation Fund.

HUD is partnering with CNCS to provide a webinar that informs the following questions:

• What programs does CNCS fund?
• How do you apply for funding?
• How may communities use those funds to build their capacity?

The first part of the webinar will feature a presentation by CNCS staff as well as a community that has used CNCS programs in the past. The second part will be set aside for questions and answers.

This webinar will be on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM EST. Please create a Save-the-Date on your calendar. Participants will not need to register for the training. At the designated time, you can view the webinar via YouTube Livestream.
