This time of year can be a blessing or a curse, depending on one's outlook. While the gifts may be plenty, so are the headaches. From finances, travel, weather, sickness, family, and SAD, it's no wonder why so many people would rather say "Bah Humbug!" to it all.

But what if there was a better way? Maybe not to remove ALL the stress in your life, but to make it easier on you to deal with. Stress is abundant in many forms--physical, chemical and emotional. And sometimes just the anticipation of stress is enough to cause stress!
