This is it, folks. Our chance to bring home a "No Vote" and force the city to start listening to its residents instead of taking our voices for granted.
Join us tomorrow for a rousing "Rally to Fix the Trash Mess"!!
When: Saturday, November 2nd, 12:00 - 3:00 PM
What: Campaign Rally & Taco Feed*
Where: Tin Cup's, Rice & Maryland Avenue
Action plan: Lit drop in targeted neighborhoods
*(All proceeds from Taco Bar will be generously donated by Tin Cup’s to St. Paul Trash to help defray campaign expenses--thank you, Gidget Bailey!)
Pick up lawn signs, Drop lit, Learn about same day voter
registration, & pledge to drag your friends and neighbors to the polls on Tuesday, Nov. 5th.
We will have route maps & clear instructions for a successful experience. Most routes will require no more than two hours of your time.
We also need folks to make phone calls every night between now and Election Day.
Other ways you can help right now:
- Contribute vitally-needed funds online
- Speak out at community events involving your church, block club, mom's group, etc.
- Display a Lawn Sign (pick up locations here)
- Hand out flyers and information at community events & debates
- Participate in phone banks where you will contact potential voters and urge them to VOTE NO
- Reach out to neighbors on social media (Facebook, Nextdoor, etc)
As an entirely grassroots, volunteer campaign, we can't do it without you!
