Much has been said about patience and much more will be said. Whether it's easy or challenging for you to stay patient with others or the journey or a process, most importantly - be patient with yourself.

Find what works for you: breath, write down your obstacles with being patient, talk it through with a friend, allow yourself the emotions and reactions that feel right in the moment, and keep reminding yourself to allow yourself patience!

Whether your communication goals are small or big - wanting to stop saying 'like' or acing a presentation in front of the Board of Directors - patience will help you get there. The transformation from the speaker you are today to the Badass speaker you could be will take time, energy, some coaching :), and patience.
