Hi everyone, welcome to the Scorpio season. I look forward to this month each year, as it is a time of mystery and excavation of the deep. I feel at ease with my surroundings as my usual MO becomes everyone's for a month :). As the leaves turn and the nights cool, transformation is concluded for the year as the summer growth comes to harvest.
Many of us have been making personal soul level shifts all year. Emotional awareness is growing all around us, thankfully. Burning Man has become a household name and its free expression is becoming the norm. Whether you follow the news or not, there is no doubt that big changes are afoot. There are uprisings and events taking place that are calling to our hearts. I’m sure you are feeling some of these cultural milestones keenly. Metoo and its massive opening to discuss abuse and sexuality, Brexit, Hong Kong, anti-authoritarianism, public recognition of massive income disparity, and all kinds of Environmental activism.
How does this look to each of us personally? I feel the feminine aspect of God is being turned on worldwide. All encompassing compassion and love is lighting up like a flame in our hearts, and we can no longer ignore its transfiguring nature. We are tuning into our intuition and acting on it, more and more. Intuition is a great tool that connects us to the unseen realms and energy streams we are all a part of. We are tuning into Love more and more, and acting on it. There is more support on the ground today for new ways of allowing our inner visions to meet our outer reality .
However grounding our new loving ideas in these sped up times is not so easy. Settling, stabilizing practices are key. Take a moment to inner listen. How do you do this? Yoga? Dance? Snuggling with your pet? Stopping two times a day to take a pause and breathe deeply works wonders. Science even backs up the practice of 'Earthing', where you put your bare feet or hands on the earth for 30 minutes a day to reduce stress and inflammation.
Whatever your relaxation and inner calm practice is, do it. This allows an internal re-wiring process to go on inside dissolving your wild imaginings into the stuff that outer reality is made of. And so, CHANGE moves from an idea to manifestation. For the change makers like you and me, a vision of heaven on earth is a treasure many of us carry, regardless of outer events, as we KNOW it is possible.
I still prefer to dance as the way to ground my understanding into deep knowing . Creative movement allows true 'flow' to occur, and my heart finally overtakes my mind and I feel a sense of blessed oneness with all life.
