Let the countdown begin!

I'm extremely excited to start the official countdown for Mountaingirl Mysteries 4: Sierra Nevada Burning Revenge!

*** The adventure begins November 30th! ***

Luke’s life is in danger.
Someone is watching. Waiting. And ready to take aim.

Rachel is next on their list.
After a well-timed visitor interrupts a brutal attack, Rachel and her dogs are forced into hiding.

A past enemy is out for revenge.
As Rachel and friends attempt to unravel the connections between the threats to their lives, a suspected case of arson, a missing firefighter, and mining in Mother Lode Country, an old adversary is plotting against them.

Can they solve the mystery before it’s too late?

In the meantime, I'd like to apologize for letting the summer go by without updates. Last spring, my "day job" took a shift in a new direction that I have been really enjoying, however it kept me extremely busy all summer long. But, thanks to the help of fellow authors in the Tahoe Writers Works, an amazing copy editor, friends and family, expectant dog stares :), and motivation to get it out before the holidays, I've been able to dive back in and get MgM 4 rolling again!

And so begins the infamous MgM weekly picture countdown:

While the uncertainty of the release date and other circumstances led me to decide to skip the book launch party this time, you'll be able to pick up your copy around town at events and retail locations. Paper and electronic versions will also be able online through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc., or you can order a signed copy from me directly. I'll include more details in my next newsletter, which I'll send to announce the release! However, here's a preview of some upcoming events where you can find me:
