Register now to join the 2020 LREXPO!
The LRE Forum, Liberation Route Europe’s annual event, is now in its 4th edition. A fundamental element of the Forum is the LREXPO, which offers participants such as museums, tourist boards, tour operators, and tour guides the opportunity to network and explore possibilities for cooperation with a dedicated and engaged group of visitors.

The next edition of the LREXPO will take place on February 5th, 2020 in Brussels. The one-day program includes two networking sessions through 15-min appointments, a remembrance tourism study presented by the European Travel Commission (ETC), and a workshop to share the best practices and experiences from all types of stakeholders involved in remembrance tourism.

LRE at WTM 2019
From November 4 to 6th, the team from Liberation Route Europe was once again exhibiting at the World Trade Market (WTM) in London, where we met with new potential partners and existing members. As always, we promoted our members' travel packages and sites, as well as our collective efforts, including the International Hiking Trail and Europe Remembers. 

It was a pleasure to see some of you there, and we hope that it was a successful WTM for all who participated! 
 
Europe Remembers on Tour in the Ardennes
Europe Remembers on Tour is back on track to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. Fought in the Belgian and Luxembourg Ardennes during the winter of 1944-1945, the battle lasted for more than six weeks and took many lives on both the Allied and German sides.

From December 12 to 16th, 2019, the Europe Remembers team will take part in some of the many commemorations and events held across Belgium and Luxembourg for the occasion. Among other activities, we will participate in the annual NUTS weekend, join the perimeter walk and the official ceremony in Bastogne. We will visit historical sites in Malmedy, Recogne, Diekirch, and Wiltz. On Monday December 16th, we will attend the official commemorations at Schumann’s Eck crossroads and at the Luxembourg American Cemetery in Hamm.
