Catch up with friends old and new over some very special brews at the 36th Pigs Ear Beer & Cider Festival, Tuesday 3rd - Saturday 7th December.
Expect a huge range of cask ales (particularly dark ales), ciders and perries to drink in or take away. You could even do some Christmas shopping at the British bottle and overseas bars which will feature rare bottles, cans and key keg beers.

There will be fun and easy ceilidh dances for all the family, a contest for ‘The Best Christmas Jumper’, and you will be dancing to the wonderful music of Double Bass Dan and Friends!
It's time to reel and whirl! Wear your best festive jumpers and join the Cut A Shine crew for a winter warmer dance at the Round Chapel. Two and a half hours of Ceilidhs, Barn Dances, Hoedowns and Square Dances, all danced to a live band.
AWVFTS have nurtured a cult status over the past decade. Dustin O’Halloran and Adam Wiltzie, have carved out a grand, stirring sound amongst the neoclassical and ambient world.
For their Ninja Tune debut, they present The Undivided Five, an album that channels ritual, higher powers and unspoken creative energies, inspired by artist Hilma af Klint and the recurrence of the perfect fifth chord.
For 2 Saturdays in December, St. Augustine's Tower is transformed into a magical Christmas Grotto.
Children will have the opportunity to meet and talk with Santa, receive a small gift as well as take part in some fun, festive activities with the Elves & The Sugar Plum Fairy.
Suitable for children under 12 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
