Following on from our successful stakeholder forum on June 10, everyone interested in men's and boy's health and wellbeing in WA are invited to the official launch of our ‘Statement of Intent' from other peak bodies in the sector and an address by the amazing Akram Azimi.

Guest speaker: Akram Azimi

2013 Young Australian of the Year, Akram Azimi was born in war-torn Afghanistan. He overcame his disadvantaged background and holds degrees in Law, Science and Sociology. He also spent years working with young Aboriginal men in the north. 
He has an abiding interest in the ways systemic societal issues underpin the health of the individual - a dominant theme at MHWWA's June 10th forum.
