Mindset is based in the belief in change. We have a choice! Mindsets are just beliefs. They are powerful beliefs but they are just something in our minds, and we can change the quality of our minds. Join Ernest Boucher for this online workshop where we will learn how to change our minds and ultimately change our lives for the better.

Caregivers Alberta believes that caregivers need care too.

The Caregiver Support Community is a monthly drop-in program at the Jerry Forbes Centre that aims to empower caregivers well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers. 

This group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey by way of education and support.
