Bay Area residents rejoice: Yoga to the People opened its third SF-area location this past weekend in Old Oakland. The donation-based studio welcomes people and yogis of all types of yogi to come bend, stretch, and relax. So, grab your friends and your mat and head over to check out the new spot. Who knows? 💪 Calling All Gym Rats
After months of development, Fitness SF has announced its newest gym will be opening on the second floor of the Salesforce Transit Center at the end of December. And while we’re chomping at the bit to check out the massive, 35,000-square-foot facility, we’re also excited that they have a great pre-sale offering going on. Hurry, early-bird pricing ends on the 20th.

🥖 GF Treats
A new gluten-free and paleo-friendly bakery has landed in Palo Alto! That’s right — the recently-opened Misfits Bakehouse has your breads, bagels, and taste buds covered. If the name sounds familiar, that’s because it is. The San Carlos-based team gained a following after selling their culinary delights on Good Eggs and at SF markets, and decided to open a standalone store based on popular demand. Besides their delicious baked goods, they also serve breakfast and brunch items, sandwiches on gluten-free toast, and paleo-approved versions of traditional Egyptian morning staples. Check out their Instagram for special promotions and offerings.

🥕 Veggies Only, Please
While there’s no shortage of vegan eateries in San Francisco, a 100% plant-based Filipino restaurant is a rare find, and a delicious one at that. So, we were excited to learn that Nick’s on Mission just opened their third location in the center of the city’s Filipino cultural heritage district in SoMa. Stop by and try one of their unique but breakfast and lunch options. Trust us — the Ube Pancakes are where it’s at.

🕉Say Om
Getting a dose of rest and relaxation just got a whole lot easier. WITHIN Meditation recently expanded to a new space, and is now hosting their daily practices at Octave—a therapy and coaching practice facility—on Market St. Classes are offered throughout the day, including lunch and after-work sessions, so there’s really no excuse to take some time for yourself this week.
