On December 5, 2019 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM EST, HUD will present a webinar regarding the FY 2019 Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities (Capital Advance) NOFA. The NOFA aims to increase the supply of integrated affordable housing by providing Capital Advance funding for the development of permanent supportive rental housing for very-low-income persons age 18 to 61. In addition to support for construction, Capital Advance awards provide operating subsidies in the form of a Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) to maintain ongoing affordability over the next forty years.
