  • genome sequencing of the melioidosis agent Burkholderia pseudomallei
  • a mock community of coral-associated endosymbionts for metagenome assembly
  • neural network pathogen detectors from nanopore signal (Achilles)
  • real-time lineage calling and genotyping of bacterial pathogens (Sketchy)
