Our thoughts are with communities across the country affected by early season bush fires of horrific magnitude. It's so frustrating that successive Governments have been warned of this looming catastrophe for over 40 years. It's impacts are now with us. Often the people hit hardest are those on the fringes of our society, who lack support, resources or options. It will be the smaller local community organisations that we support who will often be left to do whatever they can to help out people left in crisis.  Resources will be stretched so whatever we can do to raise funds is vital. 

It's always a frantic dash to the end of year finish line during December and at StreetSmart it's no different. The remaining 6 weeks of 2020 will be busy as we launch our 17th annual DineSmart campaign, distribute CafeSmart donations and roll out our Christmas campaign.
