WEEK OF 11/16 - 11/22
Healthier Hospitals Initiative

Countway is happy to announce that we are working towards being a leader on campus by adhering to the Healthier Hospitals Initiative on our construction project. By simply selecting furniture vendors that adhere to this standard, we support the healthcare without harm initiative.
Check out the time lapse videos of what has been happening behind the construction wall!

What to expect INSIDE

  • Work hours 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Pre-demolition existing conditions/material salvage work for Phase 1 (2nd floor)
  • Demolition of 2nd floor, including existing carpet, walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems investigative work throughout the building
  • Elevator 2 will be used for construction (located to the left of the stairwell)

What to expect OUTSIDE

  • Dumpster deliveries at Huntington Avenue
  • Demolition materials will be moved to dumpsters
Every couple of weeks a new question will be posted on the construction wall at the top of the main staircase.
