In addition to their mentor dinner, the 2019-20 Senior Leadership Cohort has already had two sessions of professional development. The first professional development session focused on Personal Leadership, taught by Jamar McKneely, CEO of InspireNOLA Charter Schools. The second session, on Cultural Responsiveness, was co-taught by ADE Mentor and Founder of K. Allen Consulting, Krystal Allen, and Senior Leadership Cohort alumnus Jeremy Davis.
