Wearable Designs

Illustrator Janet Hignight’s keychain and sticker designs were very popular with children and adults at the Manteca Bookfest. The tomato was most popular on shirts and bags, but one woman wanted the “Let’s get it Right” keychain to motivate her staff. A Green Bean went to a 3-year-old who loves to read. Janet continues to sell her designs as keychains and stickers.

In "The Vegetable Kids Cafeteria Club," Zoe and her friends are the cool kids as they make new friends and share vegetables, then Max, the dog, joins them and creates chaos in the cafeteria. Write a review and give it some stars. Authors and illustrators appreciate reviews. We will even send one laminated keychain, your choice (you add the clip) for the first five reviews.

Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole
I enjoyed a delicious sweet potato casserole recently that was not too sweet and had whipped sweet potatoes. This healthy casserole looks just like the one I tasted. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

Children and adults alike enjoy the adventures of Lucas and his friends as they learn about nutrition, find treasures in the garden, and show their Vegetable Personality Styles. Vegetable Kids in the Garden (hardcover) makes a great gift.

If you should find Amazon out of stock on the hardcover book, let the author know, and she will be happy to send you a signed copy at the same price the book is selling on Amazon through December 31st (sorry, U.S. only). The author, Nancy Miller, is happy to make sure you get a book for holiday gift giving. Email: success@nancyjmiller.solutions.

Let us know if you receive a damaged copy of either book before December 31st––picture and purchase information required––and we will send you a new book or a refund (sorry, U.S. only). With the busy mailing season, there is always a possibility of products being damaged in shipping.
What I’ve Been Reading
I just finished “Audition” by Barbara Walters. I have always been fascinated by her interviews and enjoyed hearing the life story of this prolific journalist in her memoir as her story took me through important historic events. I have always felt self-conscious about saying I don’t drive. Although I was never afraid of driving, in fact, I must admit I drove until I realized I was hearing cars passing by me without actually seeing them. But Barbara doesn’t hesitate to say she was always afraid of driving. She lived in New York and travelled the world with confidence. She also describes the convenience of wearing one contact lens. I always thought it sounded odd to say I wear a contact lens. I was inspired by her story to create a more confident story of my own.
