The Co-Op at 1st has a lot of exciting announcements and events coming up!

Pop-Up Market THIS Sunday!

We are gathering in support of local vendors, artists, wellness practitioners, and musicians to connect and celebrate our growing community. This month is themed around the many ancient cultures that have enriched, shaped, and guided our journey. We will be celebrating with Native American food, Live Music, Cacao Ceremony, drum circle, art, crafts, and local harvested veggies.

Fresh from the Farm Fungi and Mushroom Cult are holding a mushroom cultivation class at The Co-Op at 1st THIS Saturday (November 16th) from 12-2.

Movement Space Updates and Announcements

Spanish Yoga class is now at 4:30 pm on Wednesday
NEW martial arts class (focused on swords) on Sundays at 12 pm
Breathwork with Monica is now on the 2nd and 4th Monday from 7:30-8:45 pm
Breathwork and Past Life Regression will be held on Saturday, December 14th 3-5 pm

Featured Thursday Class!

Our featured class for this newsletter is the All-Level Yoga class with James. The class will be held on Thursdays from 6:00-7:15 pm in the movement space. James is an OIF veteran who offers trauma-aware yoga flows and meditation. This class will be a mindful breath-based practice suitable for all levels. This class introduces how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in yoga practice. The class moves at a slower pace expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. All Welcome. Veterans & First Responders Free!!

We are excited to announce that we are bringing our monthly health clinic back starting January 5th and continuing it every first Sunday of the month!!!

The holidays are coming!! The Co-Op at 1st market, Kyla's Koffee, and the movement space/classes will be closed November 28th and December 22 - January 1st. Happy Holidays!!
