Fund Raising Concert
The Delta State University Opera/Musical Theatre Workshop will present a fundraising concert at First United Methodist Church at 6:30pm on Friday, November 15. The program will consist of beautiful operatic repertoire and tuneful songs from musicals. The purpose of this concert is to raise funds that are used for education and artistic endeavors of the Workshop. Our current goal is to attend the National Opera Association Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, in January 2020. The Conference will offer the students various sessions to attend. They will gain information on performance and vocal pedagogy and have opportunities to observe professional singers and directors. Thank you very much for your consideration and support in advance.
