Steven Asercion
Supply Chain Management
"I think by making the activities fun, challenging, doable, and social, it helps build a less stressful environment that improves morale in the workplace. It’s a small contribution to the goal of the University of being healthy, but well worth the time and effort."

Staying Active During the Holidays
It’s that wonderful time of the year again: endless events, cooking, shopping, parties, traveling and freshly baked cookies. Our schedules become so busy that sometimes exercising becomes less of a priority, plus, it’s starting to get pretty cold in the morning, which makes it harder to get out of bed for a morning session.
Strategy and planning are key to maintain a regular exercise routine. Visit Staff and Faculty Health Well-being's Nutrition Corner for six tips to stay motivated and keep moving throughout the holidays.
