The deadline to turn in all payments, ticket stubs and unsold tickets is Monday, November 11.

·       IMPORTANT – You must turn in all unsold Raffle tickets by Monday, Nov. 11.  This is a requirement from Ed Voyles Chrysler/Jeep in order to comply with raffle rules.

In lieu of selling Raffle tickets, you have the option to make a tax-deductible donation to the band to help us reach our sales goal.  If making a donation by check, please make it payable to LBBA and write “donation” on the memo line.  Alternatively, this site has been set up to receive your donations.

We would like to thank all the parents, students and others associated with the band who worked so hard to sell Raffle tickets.  And a big thanks to all parents and students who volunteered to sell tickets at public events.

The drawing for the Jeep will be held at noon on Saturday, November 16 at Ed Voyles Jeep, 789 Cobb Pkwy SE, Marietta, GA 30060.  It will be outside in the parking lot and is open to the public.

Turn in or Buy Old Uniforms

As we near the end of the marching season, we would like to offer all of our band families the opportunity to purchase their old marching band uniform jacket and gauntlets, to have as a lasting keepsake.  The white jackets and gauntlets are available to all of our current and former band members for the cost of $50.00.  If you are interested in purchasing, simply keep the uniform your student currently has and then you will be invoiced accordingly.  If you do not wish to purchase the old uniform jacket/gauntlets, they must be returned to the band room on Thursday, November 21st.  Volunteers will be available to collect and check in the white jackets/white gauntlets between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm on the 21st, prior to the LBBA general meeting.  It will be assumed that any student who does not return their old uniform on November 21st is intending to keep and purchase that uniform and will be invoiced accordingly.  If you have any questions, or if you wish to make alternate arrangements to turn in your student's old uniform jacket and gauntlets, please email us at uniforms@lbba.org.   

(We will be collecting the bibbers and all the new uniform jacket pieces for washing and turn in, after portraits have been completed.)
