Matt here to tell you what to expect from this month's newsletter 👋⏯️
Hey 👋

A month of craziness this month and by far the most exciting thing is we’ve hired a new Content Producer...and they’re AWESOME! 🦄✨

I’m super excited to announce Loni has joined the Customer Education team and has already published their first post. 🎉

In their post, Loni walks us through her experiences of different cultures and how priorities and politeness can differ massively. I won’t spoil it, but cue a wonderful realisation about rushing through life. You can read that here. 👀

Also on the blog here, we have a rare post from the one and only HelpDocs CTO, Jarratt! They talk about their creative evolution and open up about carefully crafting 125 (absolutely magnificent) blog header images for our posts. 😍

And then I get a little reflective. Shock!

Following a little negative feedback, I set the record straight as I realise things have been a little less positive on the blog than I intended (read that here). And finally, I come to a stark realisation that perhaps I’ve been wrong about being so anti-marketing for the past few months. 😱 You can read about that one here.

Links to all those articles are below. 👇👇👇

There’s a couple of neat articles there too so feel free to share this around and let us know what you think.

See you soon 👀
Matt

PS: We’re still hiring on the Dev and Customer Ed. teams.

Reassessing Opinions

Strong opinions, loosely held is a statement that sticks at the core of the HelpDocs culture. We’re all super opinionated. But it’s rare for us to so vehemently protest or refuse to yield on something when presented with a better option.

125 Blog Header Images and Counting

I’ve always been a creative at heart. Unfortunately, this doesn’t quite match up with my impatience. When I pick up my Apple pencil I’m usually fuming with myself within the first five minutes. I twiddle my thumbs, endlessly scroll through Dribbble barely containing my envy for these

Frustrated Tones and Reflections

A few days ago, an applicant for one of the Customer Education roles commented about our blog. It’s not uncommon. Often people wanna be seen as having done their research. And I do really appreciate any feedback we get when it comes to our posts. But this time it
