Stoptober Campaign - reporting window closes at 11.59pm on Thursday 14 November
Please make sure you use the reporting template by logging onto PharmOutcomes; clicking on the Service Tab takes you to the Services screen. The left hand side of the screen shows a list of services under the header “Provide Services”; these are the services you have been accredited to provide. The PH Campaign data entry template will be listed under the heading ‘** Health Promotion Campaign **’.

Community pharmacy contractors are reminded that the Help Us Help You (HUHY) campaign starts from today, 11 November 2019; materials should be displayed until 31 December 2019 with the reporting window open on PharmOutcomes from 1 - 15 January 2020.
You should have been sent these campaign materials during late October/early November; If you have not received your packs by Friday 15 November 2019, you should email: partnerships@phe.gov.uk stating the pharmacy name, address and name of the campaign(s) you have not received materials for.
Social media and digital resources for the campaign are also available on PHE’s Campaign Resource Centre; you are encouraged to use these resources if possible.
